All pricing is set not up for negotiation Early/ late , same day as well as group appointments are available.
Any Cancellations / rescheduling of appointments should be made 24 to 48 hours in advance via email or phone/text or $25 Booking Deposit will be Kept !
we understand at HBL Hair Extensions things happen you may cancel or reschedule all appointments following the policy If a client cancels more than 1 time without proper cancellation I will deny service.
once service is completed the client has the right to check, feel,style hair to their like ,once client has verified the service payment is then received. client will be asked on 3 occasions during and after the installation to verify service is to the liking/expectation. In-which the service is rendered complete! (During this time if any changes you will like made should be addressed )
(Extension clients only ) If you are having extensions installed by me you will need to have your hair oil and dirt free if you need a shampoo and treatment i provide those services. If your coloring your hair it Must be done before installation so there is no slipping of the extension once installed. I am not be obligated to fix any extensions damaged from other services performed after installation (done outside of my services)
